About Me
Alec Lubin is an audio engineer, sound designer, and musician with a passion for all things music and sound. He has years of experience in recording, editing, and mixing a variety of musical genres, as well as post-production work for film and television. Alec has an in-depth understanding of working in immersive and surround formats including: Dolby Atmos (7.1.4), MPEG-H, 360º VR, and ambisonics.
While studying Audio Engineering and Sound Production at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, Alec chose to concentrate on the post-production and visual media side of audio, finishing his 4 years with a multitude of credits ranging from score recordist on the feature film 'The Senior,' starring Michael Chiklis, to assistant music editor on the highest viewed documentary series premiere on Netflix, 'Harry and Meghan.' Alec constantly continues to hone his craft, working daily with industry professionals and the latest technology.
